Dec 10, 2008 · My XE1 is playing up Freezes when turning off - sticks at the "Goodbye" stage and freezes when coming out of setup. Also can only get PCM from Coaxal. I look in setup and it's now set as PCM, I set it to bitstream but it then freezes when I come out of Setup. I have restored the extender's factory default settings as recommended in the Quick Start guide. I have successfully linked the extender to the new router (all the lights are showing green). On the laptop I've been using, the extender shows up in the list of available networks (i.e. the name of the new router with '_EXT' added on.Click on the image to play the video instructions.
