My general take is that active review immediately after submission/biometrics on either I-130/I-485 is meaningless as far as predicting a case timeline, it probably just means someone has glanced at your paperwork/online documents and nothing major is missing that would trigger an early RFE or deficiency notice.Jun 28, 2022 · Hi Folks .
